In August 2010, we published our Performance Report and Action Plan 2010 and invited comment on both the content of the plan and proposals to change some aspects of the way we deliver our service.
The consultation exercise ran for a period of twelve weeks and, as a result of this consultation, our original proposals were amended to reflect suggested improvements or to address concerns raised. The outcomes were reported to the Combined Fire Authority in December 2010 who considered the responses and agreed the amended proposals.
