In August 2011 we began a 12 week period of consultation surrounding the content of our Performance Report and Action Plan 2011. This concluded in November 2011 and in December the outcomes of the consultation process were agreed by the full Combined Fire Authority. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who contributed to the consultation process.
As we promised in the original plan, we are now pleased to report the outcomes of the consultation exercise and subsequent decisions taken by the Combined Fire Authority.
