Equality Impact Assessments
The Service has carried out a number of Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs) on policies and functions, in order to consider the impact of our work on specific groups of people.

Under the Equality Act 2010, the requirement to carry out formal EIAs has been removed, however LFRS will continue to carry out equality analysis of policies and functions so that we can best serve the needs of employees and service users.
