Salary £30,851 – £34,549 (Full time equivalent) dependant on experience, Paid pro rata 4 days per week, flexitime working arrangements.
An opportunity has arisen for a maternity leave replacement for the Nurse Manager of Lancashire Fire and Rescue’s Occupational Health Unit based at Fulwood, Preston. The role of the Nurse Manager is to provide an efficient and effective Occupation Health Unit for all Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service employees.
You will be a Registered General Nurse with a certificate/diploma/degree in Occupational Health, supported by relevant experience covering the full Occupational Health remit, together with some previous staff supervisory experience. With excellent interpersonal/communication skills, you will be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Also required for this role is a knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety legislation, the ability to work outside office hours and a full driving licence.
