Anti Bribery Policy- Approved by the Audit Committee on the 28th September 2011. The Bribery Acy 2010 came into force in July 2011. The attached Anti Bribery Policy and Procedures document is designed to meet the Authority’s requirements under the Bribery Act. This Policy provides a coherent and consistent framework to enable the Authority’s employees to understand and implement arrangements enabling compliance. In conjunction with related policies and key documents it will also enable employees to identify and effectively report a potential breach.
Anti Fraud Policy - The Lancashire Combined Fire Authority culture intends to foster honesty and integrity, by supporting the principles of public life. Members and employees are expected to lead by example in adhering to regulations, procedures and practices.
Code of Corporate Governance - Approved at the Audit Committee in September 2008, this document sets out the Combined Fire Authority Corporate Governance (how the Authority ensures it is doing the right things, in the right way, for the right people, in a timely, inclusive, open, honest and accountable manner.
Code of Conduct for Lancashire Combined Fire Authority Members - This Code applies to all Members of the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority and sets out expectations of behaviour and requirements for registration of business and personal interests.
Constitutional and Procedural Standing Orders – The Lancashire Combined Fire Authority Constututional and Procedural Standing Orders.
Contract Standing Orders – The Lancashire Combined Fire Authority Contract Standing Orders were amended and approved at Audit Committee on 29th March 2012.
Councillor Officer Protocol – This document sets out what Authority Members and Officers can expect of each other. A revised Protocol including Publicity Code was approved by the Combined Fire Authority on the 20th June 2011.
Financial Regulations – The Lancashire Combined Fire Authority Financial Regulations were amended and approved at Audit Committee on 29th March 2012.
Members Allowance Scheme - sets out the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority Members Allowance Scheme.
Pay Policy Statement 2012/13 – In accordance with Sections 38 to 43 of the Localism Act 2011, the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority is required to produce a Pay Policy for the financial year 2012/13 and each subsequent financial year. The Statement was considered and approved by the Combined Fire Authority at its meeting held on the 13th February 2012.
Scheme of Delegation - This document sets out the scheme of activities, decision-making powers and responsibilities that the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority has delegated to the Chief Fire Officer, Clerk to the CFA or Treasurer of the CFA. These were amended at the Audit Committee on 29th March 2012.
SHE Policy – This policy sets out our legal duty of care in protecting our workforce and the public and the framework through which the Authority seeks to address achieving success.
Whistleblowing Policy - This policy helps to ensure Members and employees carry out activities legally, ethically and appropriately by setting out a comprehensive whistlblowing policy that guides people on how to raise concerns and what support and safeguards are in place.
