The strategy demonstrates how the Service will continue to develop its services to meet the needs of vulnerable older people, especially those who are most at risk. Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, with its partners, will ensure that by effective intervention and education, the level of risk within the home can be reduced to enable older people to remain there safely.
