Based at the Training Centre, Washington Hall, Euxton, the role of Trainer Support is to provide support to the Training Centre by way of a range of backup services related to the provision of training courses and will involve working inside and outside in all weather conditions.
You will be able to work at height (max 20m), in confined spaces and run out hose of 25m length. In order to build positive relationships with students and colleagues you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively meet the needs of the wider team. The ability to maintain records, both manual and electronic, is essential, as is the undertaking of routine maintenance tasks in order to maintain fireground props. Also required is an LGV Category ‘C’ driving licence and an ability to demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity.
