The Workforce Development Strategy updates and replaces the Human Resources Strategy agreed by the Combined Fire Authority in 2005. LFRS recognises that our employees are critical to the delivery of our services and achieving our objectives. This document sets out how LFRS works to have the right number of people in the right place, with appropraite skills, competence and motivation to achieve this.
