Four fire engines from Chorley, Leyland, Bamber Bridge and Blackburn attended a fire involving a single storey barn containing hay on Church Lane, Charnock Richard. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and two jets to extinguish the fire. There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
