At 08:28 two fire engines from Blackpool and Bispham attended a fire on Everton Road, Blackpool involving a rear befroom at a domestic property. Firefighters used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus, thermal imaging camera nad a positive ventilation fan to extinguish the fire. One casualty was treated for smoke inhilation by fire service personnel and conveyed to hospital. Fire crews were in attendance for over two hours. The cause of the fire in currently unknown.
