Crews from Bamber Bridge and Preston were called to reports of a kitchen fire at a domestic property on Marlborough Drive, Walton le Dale. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours and there were no casualties.
