Firefighters from Morecambe attended the scene of a road traffic collision on Middleton Road, Middleton and upon arrival they found the incident involved a car which was on its side and one casualty. The casualty was out of the vehicle prior to the arrival of fire crews and was receiving treatment from ambulance crews at the scene. Firefighters used some lighting equipment, small tools and gas detection equipment at the incident and were in attendance approximately one and a half hours.
