At 13:36 two fire engines from Blackpool attended a fire involving a cooker in a domestic property on Taywood Close, Poulton-le-Fylde. The property was heavily smoke logged and firefighters ventilated the property using one tactical ventilation unit. One casualty suffering the effects of smoke inhalation was treated by NWAS. Fire crews were at the incident for just over one hour.
