At 20:51 two fire engines from Bamber Bridge were mobilised to a small aircraft incident on Sandy Lane, Brindle. Firefighters made the scene safe and administered first aid to the casualty prior to the arrival of the ambulance service. Firefighters were in attendance for one hour and thirty minutes.
