Six fire crews from Silverdale, Carnforth, Bolton le Sands, Garstang and the aerial ladder platform from Blackpool, alongside two crews from Cumbria FRS attended a fire at a commercial premises on Yealand Road, Conyers. The fire involved a barn approximately 30m by 15m. Firefighters worked to bring the fire under control using three jets, one hose reel, some small tools and thermal imaging cameras. Fire crews were reduced from around 3am and remaining firefighters were damping down. Crews are still in attendance and an investigation is due to begin as soon as possible.
