At 08:15 two fire engines from St Annes and one from Lytham attended a barn fire on Watchwood Drive, Lytham. The fire involved hay bales in a barn. Crews used three breathing apparatus, two jets, two hose reels, two thermal imaging cameras, dry powder extinguisher and a triple extension ladder to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for five hours. There were no casualties.
