At 20:30 two crews from Blackburn and two crews from Hynburn attended a fire in Ribchester whereby a boiler was on fire within a barn. Four breathing apparatus was used, two hose reel, two positive ventilation units, triple extension ladder, dewalt saw and thermal imaging camera and lighting to bring the fire under control. Crews were in attendance for three hours.
