At 17:08 four fire engines from Bamber Bridge, Leyland and Penwortham attended a fire at a building that was under construction on Dewhurst Row, Bamber Bridge, Crews use one hose reel and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. Crews were detained for one hour and twenty minutes.
