At 17:44 one fire engine from Bolton-le-Sands attended a property fire on Coastal Road. The fire involved some outdoor plastic seating which had spread to the two-storey property. Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, triple extension ladder and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire and make the scene safe. There cause of the fire is unknown. Crews were in attendance for an hour.
