At 16:41 on 18th March 2023, two fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn attended a building fire on Willow Close, Clayton-le-Moors. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. Crews were on scene for approximately thirty minutes.
