At 05:05 four fire engines from Clitheroe, Hyndburn and Padiham were mobilised to a commercial premises on Greenacre Street, Clitheroe. Firefighters extinguished the fire behind the bar area using one hose reel, four breathing appartus and two positive ventilation fans. The fire affected one casualty suffering from smoke inhalation.
