Four fire engines from Preston, Fulwood and Bamber Bridge and an aerial ladder platform from Preston were called to a fire involving a basement in a commercial building on Grimshaw Street, Preston. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
