Three fire engines from Tarleton, Penwortham and Leyland along with an aerial ladder platform from Preston attended a fire involving a first floor bedroom at a detached property on Haunders Lane, Much Hoole, Preston. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used two hose reels and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire and clear the smoke.
