Firefighters from Bamber Bridge were called to reports of a fire on Wigan Road, Clayton le Woods. When the crews arrived they found a caravan well alight. Firefighters extinguished the fire using two hose reels and they were in attendance approximately one hour and twenty minutes. There were no casualties reported.
