Two crews from Blackburn attended reports of a chimney fire at a domestic property near Billinge Lane, Blackburn. Firefighters extinguished the fire using a chimney hose and rods, 10.5m ladder and a roof ladder. Firefighters removed the flu liner of the chimney to assist with extinguishing the fire. They were in attendance approximately two hours.
