Firefighters from Darwen were called to reports of a fire involving the chimney of a wood burning stove in a domestic property on Victoria Street, Darwen. Firefighters used a 10.5m ladder, roof ladder, safe working at height pack, chimney rods and a nimbus nozzle to extinguish the fire.
