Two fire engines and crews from Blackpool attended a kitchen fire at which the contents of a chip pan had ignited. Firefighters administered first aid to three casualties prior to the arrival of ambulance paramedics. A hosereel jet was used to extinguish the fire and a portable fan unit to extract smoke from the premises.
