Four fire engines from Blackpool, Bispham, St Annes and South Shore attended a three-storey commercial fire on Bank Street in Blackpool.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
Crews remain at the scene.
UPDATE AT 20:46
A joint fire investigation with Lancashire Constabulary is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
Crews have made the scene safe by removing fire debris and were at the scene for approximately five hours.
