At 20:17 on the 28th July 2022, two fire engines from Burnley attended a commercial building fire on Whittam Street, Burnley. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel, a triple extension ladder and a ceiling hook to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for forty minutes.
