Eight fire engines from Morecambe, Preston, Fulwood, Bamber Bridge, Hyndburn, Chorley and Leyland, the aerial ladder platform from Morecambe and the command support unit from Blackburn, attended a commercial premises on Kestor Lane in Longridge.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used four jets and one ground monitor to extinguish the fire.
Crews remained on scene for just over eight hours.
