At 06:26 on the 5th May 2022, four fire engines from Blackpool, South Shore and Bispham attended an incident on Aldon Road, Poulton-le-Fylde. The incident involved a commercial property which was well alight when the crews arrived at the scene. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reels, a ventilation unit, as gas unit and a chase kit to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately six hours.
