Three fire engines from Blackburn, Darwen and Bamber Bridge were called to an electrical fire in a commercial building on Livesey Branch Road, Blackburn at 05:15. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and dry powder extinguishers to extinguish the fire which involved plant machinery. No injuries were reported
