Five fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe and Silverdale were called to a commercial fire on Caton Road, Lancaster. The fire involved a series of storage buildings which were well alight when firefighters arrived at the scene. The firefighters used three jets, two breathing apparatus and two portable pumps to bring the fire under control. No injuries were reported and the fire investigation is now underway.
