Four fire engines from Blackburn, Darwen and Hyndburn attended a fire involving a quantity of rubbish that spread to a commercial building on Lansdowne Street in Blackburn. Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera, lighting, triple extension ladder and small tools to deal with the fire.
