Four fire engines and an aerial ladder platform from Blackburn, Darwen and Hyndburn attended a fire in a commercial premises on Brookside Street in Oswaldtwistle. The fire involved an extraction system and spread to a paper compactor. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used three hose reels to extinguish the fire.
