Four fire engines from Leyland, Bamber Bridge, Chorley and Penwortham attended a fire at a commercial building on Eaton Avenue in Buckshaw Village, Chorley. Firefighters used six breathing apparatus, three hose reels and four positive pressure ventilation units to put out the fire, which has now been extinguished. Crews remained on scene for around an hour and a half.
