Firefighters from Blackpool were called to reports of a fire involving a domestic flat on Cambridge Road, Blackpool. The fire was in the kitchen of the property and involved plastic on top of an electric hob. The fire was out on arrival and so firefighters assisted in making the scene safe using a ventilation unit. Crews were in attendance approximately 15 minutes and there were no casualties reported.
