Two fire engines from Burnley attended an incident on Belvedere Road in Burnley.
The fire involved a derelict property and firefighters used one hose reel, one jet, Milwaukee tools, a thermal imaging camera and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours.
