At 03:41 two fire engines from Burnley attended a large rubbish fire within a derelict building on Brownside Road, Worsthorne-with-Hurstwood. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
