At 15:46 on 21st November, four fire engines from Hyndburn, Blackburn, Darwen, and Rawtenstall attended a derelict building fire on Rhyddings Street, Oswaldtwistle. The incident involved bales of waste within a derelict building. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, P3 masks, and a thermal imaging camera while extinguishing the fire. They were in attendance for approximately two hours.
