Four fire engines from Blackburn, Hyndburn and Great Harwood were called to a fire involving four tonnes of waste in a derelict mill on Stone Bridge Lane, Oswaldtwistle. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
