Two fire crews from Blackpool attended a fire at a domestic property involving dishwasher in a kitchen. The fire was extinguished using one hose reel and a ventilation unit. There was one casualty at the incident who was suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation. There was severe fire damage to the dishwasher and approximately 25 sq metres of kitchen worktop and cupboards. Firefighters were at the scene approximately 45 minutes.
