Three fire engines and an aerial ladder platform from Blackpool and South Shore, along with the rope rescue unit from St Anne’s, attended a dog trapped between the seawall and the incoming tide on the Promenade in Blackpool. Working together with the Coastguard firefighters rescued the dog and returned it to dry land.
