At 11:42 on 3rd November, four fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn attended a domestic building fire on Spring Street, Accrington. The fire involved a domestic property that was well alight when crews arrived. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels, two positive pressure ventilation units, and a gas monitor to extinguish the fire. Four dogs were rescued from the property by fire service personnel. Crews currently remain in attendance.
