Fire in the basement of a domestic property on Pritchard Street, Blackburn. Four firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. There was one casualty at the incident given first aid by firefighters for suspected smoke inhalation. An investigation into the fire is underway.
