Two fire engines from Blackburn attended a fire involving a domestic property on Winmarleigh Road, Blackburn in the late evening of 16th September. Firefighters extinguished the fire using four breathing apparatus and two hose reels along with a ventilation unit to clear the property of smoke. Crews were in attendance approximately two hours and fifteen minutes and there were no casualties reported. An investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway.
