Crews from Blackpool and South Shore were called to reports of a fire in a domestic property on Cunliffe Rd, Blackpool where it was thought there may have been people still inside. Thankfully, all persons were accounted for when firefighters arrived at the property and they quickly set about extinguishing the fire which was in the living room of the property. The property was heavily smoke logged and so four firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews remained in attendance approximately 2 hours. No casualties were reported.
