At 05:30 on 29 May, seven fire engines from Blackpool, Bispham, South Shore, and St Annes, together with an aerial ladder platform from Preston, attended a domestic building fire on Dauntesy Avenue, Blackpool. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels, two jets, and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for eight hours.
