At 23:38 two fire engines from Blackpool attended a fire at a first floor flat on Lincoln Road, Blackpool. The fire involved a pan left on the hob and the flat was heavily smoke logged. Crews used two breathing apparatus to rescue a dog from the property. Firefighters were at the scene for twenty minutes.
