At 16:18 on 8th June, two fire engines from Blackpool and South Shore attended a fire at a domestic property on Haig Road, Blackpool. The incident involved the kitchen of the domicile. Firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel, two breathing apparatus, and a positive pressure ventilation unit. One casualty received treatment for suspected smoke inhalation. Crews were in attendance for one hour.
